Can you give a bit more info re what you have put in /etc/hosts etc ?? That shouldn't make any difference however, it is more likely to be a problem in /etc/sysconfig. The default gateway needs to be specified as an IP address (not its name) at the point of configuring the network, it probably doesn't know what free.adeptsolutions.com is !!!!!!!! >I can't even ping it from my NeXT.
