Solaris x86 will.  Don't take this as a recommendation, however. :)
Support for SMP is supposedly in the works for FreeBSD and Linux.

The performance increase you'll see depends largely on what you're doing.
What do you intend on using it for?

Definately use a CPU fan or heat sink on each CPU.
