I recently bought Free BSD on CD, and have just found time to install it,
although having got through the initial stages of installation, the install program
says that it is unable to access my CD. I now understand that Free BSD does not
support IDE CD drives, is there an easy that I can get round this limitation by
getting the CD drive recognised(?) or by performing the installation manually.

If the manual installation is the only option could someone give me some
simple instructions as to how to do this.

Many Thanks,

Darren.
