Well, I think like any publisher, Walnut Creek needs to avoid
undercutting their distributors and retailers or soon they won't have
any distributors or retailers.  It's common marketing sense.  I can
name several places within a few miles of WCCs office that will sell
you their discs cheaper.  What's the incentive to buy direct?  Not
much - they do have a very liberal return and tech support policy, but
I don't know if that's worth the price difference to you.

Next time, don't be lazy and shop around for the best price, it's not
a publishers job to tell you where to get it.
