Here's what I did.  My machine is at home and won't answer the phone, so
I can't give you the exact bytes (mai me if you need the printcap entry).

1) Set all printcap options that suppress banner, burst page and such
2) Set the output filter to point at a script which makes sure
   output files are separated by control-D, e.g.

	#!/bin/sh
	echo ^D	# An actual ascii 004
	cat
	echo ^D # Another ascii 004

3) Feed the printer postscript.

		Works for me,
