I have my flexfax server running on BSDi 2.0; it wasn't too horrible to
set up, but you have to read through ALL the documentation on it.

Browse through /var/spool/flexfax for all the goodies.  Basically, you have to
run a script and designate the modem port(s) that you will use.  Flexfax asks
you bunches of questions (which are fairly easy to guess correct answers for),
it beats up your fax modem for awhile, and then you are set.
