Help!

I am new to this and need assistance 

Anyone running a multiserial card? 

I have a PC COM 8 port RS-232/RS 422 CARD with NS16550A and i can't get the kernel to find it!

My system: 486DX80 runing FreeBSD 2.0.5

my current configuration looks like this but i have tried a few others also the card is configured
to I/O PORT adress: 100Hex Interupt level: IRQ5 and Interupt vector 140Hex

at bootup the system reports probe failed for each and every port?
