I have a 2.0 system I'd like to get running with an Intel
Etherexpress. I got the ix driver from the 2.0.5 release but it
didn't compile. Is the driver backward compatible (or easily
modified) for 2.0? Otherwise, what's the easiest way to upgrade to
2.0.5?

Thanks,
- Mike
