in this months Computer Shopper there is an ad for a Connor
2 gig SCSI II drive, 7200 RPM with 512 of cache for $679

has anyone any experience with this drive? no model number
is given (but how many drives does Connor make which fit these
specifications?)

is this a reliable drive? I'm considering replacing my WD
caviar in my Linux/BSD/DOS box with one of these -- with a
yet to be decided SCSI PCI host adapter..
