We don't have "patches" to FreeBSD so much as we have an ongoing
code base which is improved (freebsd-current).  See http://www.freebsd.org
for more information on this and other things.

Open bug reports are posted once a week to bugs@freebsd.org - a mailing
list that anyone can subscribe to.  Again, see the web site for information
on subscribing to the mailing lists.
