Is anyone using the arns server (Appletalk Remote Network Server) created by
the University of Melbourne, under FreeBSD ?

I have compiled the source (arns.tar.Z) and sel the -FreeBSD flags in the
Makefile, but when I run it with :

./arns -i ed1 (My ethernet card)

I get the following :

/dev/bpf0: Device not configured
./arns: Falied to open ed1

It is using Berkeley Packet filter and the README file says that it is for
FreeBSD 2.0, has something changed since then ? I am using 2.05R.

If I can get this working, I am hoping to be able to connect my mac to my local
ethernet via PPP (to access Novell network)

However, I seem to have stopped at the first hurdle, (not a good start)

Any help would be gratefully received

Thanks
