They've changed both in XFree86 3.1.2: NumLock is off by default, and
the Xaw bug has been fixed.  The <NumLock> modifier is now properly
ignored as it ought to be all the time.  (Well, that's not an XFree86
point however, it's part of the latest XConsortium fix.)
