This error occurs in my ghostscript only if you do not set the -r
option in the way gs likes it. Gs doesn't like the x and y resolutions
to be to far apart from each other. So try -r240x216 and he should not
complain. If you use -r360x360 he shouldn't complain too. I think I
once succeded even with -r360x180 but don't remember (since I use TeX
now :-). So be sure not to leave -r undefined.
