2.1.0 is not yet available.  Only `snaps'.

What error message do you get?  (Curious: how did you count that it's
exactly 64?)

The pcvt driver is better suited for those folks who would like to
have DEC-VT compatibility in their console driver (e.g., since they
usually don't run X, and wish to access various other sites across the
network).

Which TERM variable did you use?  pcvt understands (unlike syscons)
the arrow keys in two modes (`cursor' and `application').
