 I have been using ExMh for a few months now and have had nothing but success 
with it. I believe it is a group of TCL/Tk scripts that interface with Mh.
 It has a great filtering feature which I used to automatically delete some of
the junk mail I recieve.
 Installation is not that difficult but I've installed better things. It has
the same problems with Xauth that TCL/Tk has, go figure, but you can get 
around this by removing all your Xhost entries BEFORE starting ExMh.
