It's called 'resolv.conf' without the last 'e'.  See 'man 5 resolver' for
details.  Put in your domain name and the IP addresses of the remote
nameservers you wish to use.  Also check that the file host.conf has the 'bind'
entry enabled.  You don't need to run named on your own system.
