I'm having trouble getting the edit/arrow keys to work properly with
bash. The only way they seem to work is with a telnet (vt100) su session.
Other than that, none of the arrow and editing keys work. I assume this
is a problem with the termcap file, since these keys work fine in the
same bash version under FreeBSD and Linux.

Could someone help me fix this problem?
