Summary: How does does print from a BSD system to a printer connected to a SysV
Keywords: printing,bsd,sys5

Well . . . I have got a situation where a Sun user wants to access a color
printer attached to a SGI machine. Unfortunately the SGI machines runs the
SysV printing system (lpadmin,lp,lpstat, etc) whilst the Sun uses the BSD
commands (/etc/printcap,lpc,lpr,etc). The question is there an easy way of
sending print jobs across the network from the Sun to the SGI machine?
