It looks like you have a 3COM 3C509B board + (Intel PCI chipset | OPTi chipset).
If your motherboard is ZAPPA, then I don't know what to do. Otherwise, you
need to keep reboot a few times to let FreeBSD to configure it.
That is way I struggled with different 3C509B reversions + 
different motherboards.
