From a dream, "Paul Flores" recalls:

>>When I asked him how he was going to handle doing CGI, "Oh, Visual >>Basic!"
>>Hmm, is this good or bad? (Serious, is it? It seems that would be a
>>REALLY cluky way to do CGI.) (Then again, this IS MS NT....)

SOUNDS scarry, but you'd have to try it and see, wouldn't you? What
are the requirements? What's the load? For a low frequency SQL server
to automate a registration process, seems like a nice development
environment. For a full service ISP that wants the most bang
for the buck, seems that they may hit rock bottom SOON. However...

Don't be surprised when MS puts out a web server that is designed from
the ground up to out perform UNIX/CGI based soulutions. They ARE 'real'
people, and they seem to be very concerned that the current CGI interface
requires spawning a process for EVERY browser page request...

Can you say: "Gibraltar"?
