That means that your PATH (which specifies directories to search for
commands) has the current directory, and you're loogin in as root.

That means one of your users could create a file called (say) "mroe"
in his home directory, and one typo later while you're checking on something
there he's got root privilege.

You don't have any users? Ignore it.
