It's not easy.  It should be, but it's not.  Run /stand/sysinstall again
but don't ask it to actually newfs anything or change the labels when
you visit the partition and label screens.  Then select the dists you want
and go to "commit"..

This is broken up a little better in 2.1.0-950725-SNAP, and will be
better still in the next one.
