Hello all,

I installed the fwtk (firewall toolkit) from ftp.tis.com
under FreeBSD 2.0.5R.

It work fine - now I try to get the syslogd messages from
the toolkit (they appear at /dev/console) into a log file
or "mail root". The example syslog.conf from fwtk could'nt
be readed from the FreeBSD syslogd. I found the modified
syslogd.c from the fwtk - but I can't compile it under FreeBSD.
Cause:

wall# make
cc -g -c logit.c
logit.c: In function `main':
logit.c:54: too few arguments to function `openlog'
logit.c:65: warning: passing arg 1 of `fgets' from incompatible pointer type
logit.c:65: warning: passing arg 2 of `fgets' makes integer from pointer without
 a cast
logit.c:65: warning: passing arg 3 of `fgets' makes pointer from integer without
 a cast
*** Error code 1

Stop.

Does anybody of you compiled the hole kit under FreeBSD 2.0.5?
How can get both the message from /dev/console and a logfile of them?

Best regards
Dirk Nerling
