The Xircom parallel port adaptors are unique.  No other driver will work
with them.  Xircom does not make programming information available unless
you sign a nondisclosure (and probably pay some money as well).  I think
you should probably not expect drivers to appear for NetBSD.

On the other hand D-Link sells a parallel port adaptor and I think they do
make programming information available.  There may even already be a driver.

PCMCIA is to be preferred, of course..
