I could not find the Elvis manuals in the distribution, I would like to know
if Elvis supports the VI macros for keyboard mappings.

map! // /* */2hi

I find it hard to write code without these features.

P.S. I also heard CSRG is disbanding after releasing 4.4 BSD,
what lies in the future for BSD? Most vendors, like Sun is
     going SysV.
