Every couple of days, I'll be working on my machine, have probably 2
telnet sessions active (plus the console), an suddenly, the machine just
dies. Strangely enough, I can log onto a different virtual terminal as
root and shut the system down. If I log on as any other user, I get the
Berkeley line, but once it goes to run fortune, nothing.

What am I doing wrong? Also, usually when it reboots after one of these
fiascals(sp?), it hangs right after the add net default part and I have
to hit ^C, then it will hang after the sendmail. I have to usually
reboot three times before it actually gets back to working.

Is this a known bug? My system is a Zeos pentium 90 w/ 1.08 Seagate Ide
drive and 3com 3c509 ethernet card. Once it gets up it works
beautifully. Also, I should mention that I am running httpd (NCSA's)
that I compiled using the netbsd configuration. It onky got warnings when
it compiled, but works perfectly.

THANX for any help on this matter.

Loren

P.S. 2.0.5-R isn't very stable.. is it?
