I am using netscape 1.1N under 2.0.5. You may try to do the following steps to
see if it works for you:

 1. mv XKeysymDB /usr/X11R6/lib/X11
 2. setenv XKEYSYMDB /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XKeysymDB

Netscape (1.1N) works okay on 1.1.5.1 except for the `keyboard shortcuts',
apparently due to a problems with the XKeysymDB stuff.

Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Thanks
