Yes, but how about those guys, who do not have account elsewhere? 
But uucp should work -- I have a friend (with Linux-box), who has
a stable IP-address. So now I am in process of going thru uucp set-
tings. If anyone can share his/her experience, I'll be more then
gratefull! Thanks,
