Hello all,

I am new to FreeBSD and tried the ntpdate command for the
first time a few minutes ago. Well either I don't know of
any servers or I am not using it right, even though I read
the man page 3 times. Here is what I get :

ntpdate -d ftp.cdrom.com

18 Aug 02:47:14 ntpdate: no server suitable for synchronization found

I have tried at least 10 different machines that Linux "netdate" works
just fine with but ntpdate doesn't. I would appreciate any help.

Thanks.
