Hi,
I would like to know if there is any way of emulating the
functionality of NIS using BSDI 2.0, I just want to share
the used identification between two machines. It seems
that NIS was ported to BSDI 2.0 but it is not officially supported
and it would involve too many changes to the system. I would
prefer a safer solution.

Thanks,
Tayeb
