I recreated the boot disk with the image from ftp.cdrom.com and it worked fine.  There 
wasn't much more detail to tell.  It just rebooted about 3 seconds into the boot while 
the bar was spinning.  I didn't try the -c option.  I have it installed now so thanks 
for the reply.
