Yes, DOS/WIN and FBSD can co-exist on the same drive.  When FBSD is installed,
the installation will place a boot manager on your drive.  It will allow
you to choose
which OS to boot.  If you don't make a decision is 10 to 15 seconds, then
the system
will boot the OS that was booted the last time the system was powered on.

Some Windows apps can be run under FBSD with the X-window system and a
utility called
wine (WINdows Emulator?).  Wine is still under development, and considered
to be ALPHA
code.
