Has anyone had any success accessing a Conner 420 tape drive. It seems that
a can create a tape archive if I use ft, However, if I use say ... m
'mt -f /dev/ft0 rewind' I get a kernel panic and reboot. Any help would be
appreciated.

BTW, a Conner 420 (mine) is run from the floppy controller... The kernel
recognizes the tape during the boot process, Identifies it by NAME.
