Subject: CMU snmpd agent ported to FreeBSD 2.0.5R ?

Has anyone ported CMU's snmpd agent to FreeBSD 2.0.5R ? I have a port
that reputedly works on FreeBSD 2.0 but I can't get it to work on
FreeBSD 2.0.5R.

When I start snmpd it says "Opening port(s):" but then it doesn't display
any port numbers and appears to be unreachable. I managed to get it running
on BSDI 1.1 but there I get errors partway through snmpwalk's traversal
of kernel parameters, no doubt due to differences in the kernel layout.

I want to replace the BSDI router with a FreeBSD 2.0.5R router because I
need it to run and SNMP agent.
