You didn't read the documentation, and you didn't follow the advise to
go and read the documentation again in case of trouble.  I'm pretty
damn sure that it's written there (since i've translated all those doc
thingies into German) that you need to store the bin.aa etc. files
into a subdirectory named `bin' on the floppy.
