There seems to be two versions of X on agate. One is off the 386BSD
directory and seems to follow 'normal' directory names.

the 2nd version, is in incoming/X386 and seems to follow a X386 directory
structure. Which you have people been using.

I have tried the first one, but can not get it to run.

Other than extracting off root, and verifying Xconfig is ok, what else
is required to get it going under 386BSD.
