Our office will be going with a 486DX4/100 running FreeBSD 2.0R (or 2.0.5R if the CDROM shows up before the hardware does). It will have 16Megs of RAM, a 540 Meg HD and NEC 3Xi on an Adaptec 1542CF and a pair of SMC Elite 16 Ultra ethernet cards. It'll be setup as a dual-homed firewall and use the TIS firewall package.
