Have any of you successfully installed 2.0.5 onto your machine(s) from
scratch ? The floppy install isn't working because of the checksum
problems, but I am curious to know if someone has installed it another
way (PPP, maybe)? If you have, would you please contact me? I have
no idea how to use PPP with that sort of term program (I've used SLIP
with kermit, but I have no idea how to do the PPP installation - if it
even works - I've heard differing reports about that). I'd like to have
an OS by the end of this weekend, and I'd rather it not be FreeBSD 2.0R
(or NetBSD 1.0 - I like FreeBSD). Thanks a million!
