Hi,

I am trying to install FreeBSD and my system is hanging.
Here's the scenerio:

100MHZ Pentium
Triton chipset (SuperMicro P55CWA)
1.2G Western digital (2484,16,63)
  LBA enabled
  32 bit access enabled
  PIO MODE 3
850 Conner (1652,16,63)
  LBA Disabled
  32 bit access enabled
  PIO MODE 3

4x IDE Mitsumi
I got the FreeBSD CDROM from ACS bookstore

I made my boot an cpio dosk and booted my system from floppy.
I setup the the second slice of the 1.2G WD for BSD (242Megs)
I partitioned the slice, wrote the label setup mounted points ect...
I exited disklabel and as intructed continued on to (p)roceed.
All seemed fine, i got messages showing my disk being built and files
being xfered.

I then get a message to remove my floppy and reboot.
Which I do (crtl-alt-del).
I get a rebooting message (Rebooting...)
and my system hangs.

I tried a couple of times to install with no luck. Can anybody
point me toward some good troubleshooting docs or give me a pointer?

thanks in advance,

Ron
