The incredibly inexpensive price $0.00 and 2. because it was suppose to be the closest free thing to unix as you can get.. so i hear.. =) I haven't installed it yet, but before I do I have a question: Will Accelerated-X (which i'm assuming is X-Windows clone) work on freebsd?
