The reason for getting "PPP not available on this system" is because the 
kernel sorce needs editting to include PPP, and then recompiling. 

There has been talk that the V2.0 PPP is broken which is why it was left 
out by default, but we have it working here OK with assistance with 
various from this newsgroup, and a couple of source changes.

If you need these changes, drop me an Email, and I'll forward all my 
replies I had from people when I had the same problem.
