See ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/binaries/NetBSD-*/i386
(choose -current or -1.0).  -1.0 binaries generally work on -current,
but not vice versa.

There is a perl5 there, but no fvwm (you wanna build one and contribute
it? :)
