there is a lot of info in the FAQs.. have you looked at them?

wellll, you need to try the new version.. (available now from ftp.freebsd.org)

the previous versions definitly WERE harder, but each revision is easier..
The README is available on the boot floppy by the way..
you can boot fromthe floppy, (without touching the HD) and read the
README..

they are being worked on..
the www site is a little behind, but they are getting there..
