You're in trouble if your A: drive isn't working, because then you can't
put in the diagnostic disk to boot from it. Sounds like you need to get
a new floppy drive (or get your existing one fixed).
Anyways, after you do that, you need to use the diagnostic disk the
message is talking about, boot from it, and tell the BIOS setup program
about your machine. After that, you should be all right...
