A very reasonable discussion by Terry Lambert.

The easy thing to do is take the readership summary and consider
posting to, say, 10 based on readership and coverage and perhaps 3-5
more based on high potential interest level, or some formula like
that, with the followup-to carefully pointed at a relevant group
(alt.suit.att-bsdi comes to mind.)

I doubt that would overburden the net or be of much bother worth
debating.

Thereby let people decide for themselves whether it affects them or
not and let's give up on these attempts at mass mind reading.
