Namely, I've come to the conclusion that avoiding the Neptune chipset is just a real good idea. Is there a way to tell which chipset a particular motherboard has from looking at the numbers on the chips? Has anyone seen a utility that I can run from DOS/BSD/whatever that can tell me the chipset I'm running? I also saw and article in comp.unix.bsd.freebsd.announce from Jordan Hubbard recommending the Intel Triton chipset MB. What brand of MB was this? Intel? Asus? Thanks, Stephanie George
