I'm looking to purchase an Adaptec 2940 SCSI-2 controller. However it
appears NetBSD has not had a driver due to a NDA. Does this still hold?
Has anyone sucessfully used this controller with NetBSD?

Next question is what controller to get if I can't go with this
Adaptec. I plan to run a couple of hard drives and a 4X cdrom off
the SCSI. And as previously stated, I will be running NetBSD and
an ocassional DOS/Windows program/game.

The NCR 53c801 looks pretty good...however NCR's DOS drivers
supposedly suck (until this summer sometime).

The other choice seems to be the Buslogic BT946C. I don't know too
much about this card.

Which cards have busmastering?
Which cards have ASPI?
Which card would you recommend?
