I'm assuming that you're talking about INN here.

I did that make's by hand in each directory.  Not the best solution, but
easily the most workable at 5 am!

I answered NO to the question about linting.

I believe RLIMIT_OFILE should be the equivalent.

I did manage to produce some binaries, but then gave up totally for the night
before trying to write the config files...
