Wanted: idleout program for BSDI 2.0 that kills sessions that have been
"idle" (no IO) for some amount of time.

I've written program for SVR5, but they don't work with BSDI. BSDI's "w"
command reports a session (tty) idle even though a file transfer is
occurring.
