In my experience with motorways (specifically, the M62 between Manchester
and West Yorkshire :), cars mostly don't go above 80, buses are
usually going at just under 70 and HGVs tend to be anything under that
(down to about 20 up some of the ascents!). Anything faster is
impossible due to traffic density.

ObLinux(ish): Well, actually I'll move this to email where it is a bit
more relevant... :)
